When only some pages are sideways — a landscape table in a portrait report, a few scans fed the wrong way — rotating the whole file will not do. This opens your PDF with the pages panel, where each thumbnail has a rotate button. Tick several pages to turn them together, or click Rotate all if the whole scan is wrong.
